By accessing or using EzApply (“the Service”), operated by EzApply Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EzApply is an AI-powered resume building platform that helps users create tailored, ATS-optimized resumes. The Service includes:

  • AI-powered resume generation tailored to specific job descriptions
  • Job board with curated listings
  • Cover letter generation
  • Keyword match scoring and ATS analysis
  • Resume history and management
  • PDF and DOCX document export

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fabricated information in your profile or resumes
  • Use the Service to generate resumes containing fraudulent credentials or experience
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent

5. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of all personal information, work experience, and resume content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

Our platform: The EzApply platform, including its design, code, AI models, algorithms, branding, and documentation, is owned by EzApply Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform.

6. AI-Generated Content

Resumes and cover letters generated by EzApply are AI-assisted. While we strive for accuracy and quality, the AI may produce content that requires review and editing. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated content before using it in job applications. EzApply does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, factually accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Free Tier

EzApply offers a free tier that includes up to 100 resume generations and 100 cover letter generations per calendar month, along with access to all templates. These limits may be adjusted at our discretion with reasonable notice. Unused generations do not carry over to the following month.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzApply Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, loss of income, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
