Senior Data Analyst to drive our organization''s data, analytics, and AI initiatives. In this role, you will lead the development of enterprise analytics solutions, enable self-service reporting, and help modernize decision-making through advanced analytics, AI-powered insights, and workflow automation.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Tableau, Databricks, SQL, and modern analytics platforms with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for business leaders. This individual will play a key role in embedding analytics into everyday workflows through AI, automation, and Slack-based reporting experiences, delivering measurable impact across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
Data Analyst Location: Melvin, PA/NJ Duration: Long Term
7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced expertise with Tableau, including dashboard development, data modeling, governance, and performance optimization. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases. Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, or cloud-based data platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills. Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience delivering insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
